Posting of workers

Regulated within the EU since 1996, the status of posted workers allows companies established outside France (EU or third countries located companies) to temporarily post their employees to France or to any other EU country. However, these companies must comply with several conditions and mandatory formalities and apply the provisions of the host country's labour law. This naturally comes with a battery of rights and procedures that should be analysed together according to your needs and your company profile.
